Topre Corporation is a Japan-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of press-related products, temperature-controlled logistics products, air-conditioning equipment and electronic equipment. The Company has two segments. Press-related Products segment manufactures and sells automotive press parts, office equipment components, press dies and related products. Temperature-controlled Logistics Products segment manufactures, sells and installs refrigerated containers, refrigeration units, freezers, cold storage facilities and temperature-controlled logistics centers, and provides integrated cold-chain logistics solutions and related services. The Company is also engaged in the air-conditioning equipment business, including bubble conveyor systems, cleanroom equipment, blowers and residential ventilation systems, the electronic equipment business, logistics and transportation services related to its businesses, as well as research and other services.
