Each type of conveyor chain is available in a range of different pitches and breaking loads. Its specialized range of sprockets varies from 43 millimeters (mm) to 6000 mm in diameter. Its design range also includes plate type, welded fabricated hub type, segmental sprocket rim, shear pin design, and others. Its sprocket range also includes sprocket with finished bore, keyway, tapped hole, drill hole and above all, teeth duly induction/flame-hardened up to 57 RC with depth of maximum five mm depending on the tooth profile.
