Riverview Rubber Estates Berhad is a Malaysia-based company. The principal activity of the Company is the cultivation of oil palm on plantations in Peninsular Malaysia. The Company operates in a single segment, which is the Plantation segment. The Company is focused on the sales of agricultural produce, such as fresh fruit bunches. The cultivation of oil palm is spread over four locations in the state of Perak, Malaysia. The oil palm estate spans approximately 2,560 hectares, with a planted area of 2,517 hectares. The Companyâ€™s oil palm plantation estates include Buloh Akar Estate, Sadang Estate, Hibernia Estate, Tejdrong Estate, Narborough Estate, and Jeta Estate. The Companyâ€™s average yield per hectare in Peninsular Malaysia and the state of Perak is approximately 16.09 metric tons and 19.57 metric tons, respectively.
