Further to the announcement by Kina Securities Limited on 16 December 2024 of the appointment of Ivan Vidovich as Acting Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, the PNG regulator, Bank of Papua New Guinea, has now advised that it has no objection to Mr. Vidovich's permanent appointment. Accordingly, the company confirms that Mr. Vidovich is now permanently appointed to the role of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Kina Securities Limited.
