The Company’s main activity is the acquisition and promotion of real estate of urban nature for its lease, as well as the renovation of those buildings; the holding of shares in the capital of REIT or in the capital of other entities; and the holding of shares or participations of real estate investment institutions. The Company holds the investment project of Ensanche de Vallecas, an urban development located in Madrid. The Issuer’s business model involves the acquisition and development of real estate for lease and sale, the purchase of land for the construction of houses, hotels, tourist apartments, for lease or sale, the purchase and development of urban real estate for lease and/or sale, specializing in the development of residential buildings for Build-to-Rent (BTR) operations.
