On April 17, 2025, William (Bill) Koeck, a current member of the Board of Directors of Coronado Global Resources Inc., notified the Board that he will not stand for reelection as a director upon expiration of his current term, which is scheduled to expire at the Company?s 2025 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders on June 3, 2025 (June 4, 2025 in Australia). Mr. Koeck?s decision to let his term expire and not to stand for reelection at the 2025 Annual Meeting is due to his decision to accommodate other opportunities and is not the result of a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies or practices.
