As of end of December 31, 2011, the Company had 115 stores in six markets in the Baltics and Central and Eastern Europe. As of December 31, 2011, Baltika AS was a parent company of the Baltika group, which consisted of the Company and its subsidiaries, including Baltika Poland Sp zoo, OY Baltinia AB, Baltika Sweden AB, OU Baltika Tailor, AS Virulane, OU Baltika TP and OU Baltika Retail and its subsidiaries OU Baltman, SIA Baltika Latvija, UAB Baltika Lietuva, OOO Kompania Baltman Rus and Baltika Ukraina Ltd. . On June 21, 2012, the Company merged with its wholly owned subsidiary, AS Virulane.
