Audinate Group Limited announced the appointment of Chris Rollinson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary effective 14 October 2024. Chris Rollinson replaces Rob Goss who has resigned from the position as of 14 October 2024. With over 25 years of experience in financial management, strategy, and corporate governance, Chris Rollinson brings a wealth of expertise to Audinate.
Prior to joining Audinate, he held senior roles at global advertising, communications and PR company WPP and before that STW Communicationscovering Finance, Company Secretarial and Operations. Chris Rollinson is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from AGSM UNSW Business School. Chris has a proven track record in financial leadership, including listed ASX experience and company secretarial, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, transformation and capital raises.
