Audinate Group Limited announced that David Krall will retire as Chair of the Board and Non-Executive Director following the release of the Company's FY25 financial results. The Board announced that Alison Ledger, currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, will assume the role of Chair of the Board following Mr. Krall's retirement. Mr. Krall has served as a Non-Executive Director of Audinate since 2010 and has been Chair of the Board since listing in 2017.

He has played an instrumental role in guiding the Company through a period of significant growth and transformation. Following his retirement from the Board, Mr. Krall will continue to support the Company as a Strategic Adviser. His deep industry knowledge will remain valuable to Audinate as it enters its next phase of development.

The Board extends its sincere thanks to Mr. Krall for his leadership and ongoing contribution to the Company. Incoming Chair Alison Ledger is a seasoned Non-Executive Director with experience on both listed and private company boards in biotech, consumer finance, wealth services, insurance and technology. In her previous executive career, Ms. Ledger was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and held senior roles at Insurance Australia Group, Bankers Trust and Chase.

She currently serves on the boards of Latitude Financial Services, Count Limited and Auto & General Insurance Australia. Ms. Ledger has extensive ASX experience, a deep understanding of Audinate's business, a long track record in strategy development, digital transformation and governance and the ability to provide continuity to the Board.
