Peer Media Technologies Inc, formerly National Registered Agents Inc., is an Internet-based digital media entertainment company that operates in three segments: Internet piracy prevention (IPP), media and e-commerce. The IPP segment is operated by MediaDefender, Inc. MediaDefender’s suite of IPP solutions offer protection on major peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing networks. Media operations include content-oriented Websites, a network of third-party music sites and other marketing initiatives. E-commerce operations consist of the sale of recorded music and artist-related merchandise on its Websites. The Company's media segment and e-commerce segment accounted for 36% and 3% of its revenue during the year ended December 31, 2008. The IPP segment accounted for approximately 64% of the Company’s revenue during 2008.
