Diageo revises 2025 outlook after flat first quarter

Diageo delivered better-than-expected Q1 organic sales, supported by resilient volumes and strength in Scotch, Guinness and RTD. However, persistent weakness in China, pressure in tequila and a US market slowdown forced management to cut its FY 25/26 guidance.
