Black Cat Syndicate Limited agreed to acquire 90km2 of tenements adjacent to Lakewood processing facility from Black Mountain Gold Ltd for AUD 0.2 million.

Black Cat Syndicate Limited (ASX:BC8) agreed to acquire 90km2 of tenements adjacent to Lakewood processing facility from Black Mountain Gold Ltd for AUD 0.2 million on December 12, 2025. A cash consideration of AUD 0.2 million will be paid by Black Cat Syndicate Limited. As part of consideration, AUD 0.2 million is paid towards assets of 90km2 of tenements adjacent to Lakewood processing facility.

Completion of Transfer of title is then subject to the usual regulatory requirements and Full assignment of third-party agreements. Completion is 7 business days after the satisfaction or waiver of the Conditions Precedent, at which time Black Cat will be considered the beneficial owner.
