Mr. Lippman joined Trillium Asset Management Corporation in June of 2002 after four years in the Environment Program at Business for Social Responsibility, a global business membership organization that helps companies implement socially responsible business practices.
At BSR, Mr. Lippman consulted with a broad range of companies of all sizes and sectors on improving their environmental policies and practices in diverse areas from green product design to promoting sustainable forestry to addressing environmental issues with suppliers.
He has also consulted and done volunteer work for a range of nonprofit organizations, including the Ford Foundation, Environmental Defense, and Friends of the Earth.
Mr. Lippman earned his bachelors degree from Stanford University and an M.S.
in Natural Resource and Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan's School of Natural Resources and Environment.
