Brian Kearns has twenty years’ investment banking experience spanning mergers & acquisitions, debt & equity capital markets and structured finance.
He joins Olivant after ten years at Dresdner Kleinwort, where most recently he ran a financing solutions and special situations group within Capital Markets.
From 2002 - 2004, he acted as financial adviser to the Institutional Restructuring Unit of Dresdner Bank.
Prior to his time at Dresdner, Brian worked in London, Amsterdam and New York for ABN Amro, SG Warburg and Lehman Brothers.
He holds an Honours degree from St Catherine’s College, Oxford, in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
