Alf Peneycad

William Alfred Peneycad is currently an Independent Director at NiMin Energy Corp., a Member of The Law Society of Upper Canada, a Member of the Ontario Bar Association, and a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Mr. Peneycad obtained a graduate degree from Queen's University in 1970, an undergraduate degree from McMaster University in 1967, and another undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary in 2008.
